Healthier Going In, Healthier Coming Out

Life happens. No matter how careful you are and how well you plan, accidents happen. The healthier you are going into an accident, the healthier you will be coming out. Meaning, you’ll be stronger, heal more easily, and likely not be as affected as someone who wasn’t taking care of themselves who experienced the same accident.

Did you think that maintaining a healthy diet, meditating, and exercising will make you healthier?  You’re right, but you don’t have the big picture.

Tip-Over

Have you ever heard of a “tip-over incident?” It’s a real thing. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission Report on Tip-Over Injuries for 2022, there were 19,400 emergency department treated injuries associated with tip-over incidents between 2019 and 2021. That number is broken down as 8,900 involving children and 6,900 involving adults between the ages of 18 to 59.

The tip-over incidents themselves generally involved a piece of furniture, television, or appliance and almost always happened in a home. If you heard the word “accident” and thought “automobile,” you weren’t wrong, but there are so many other possibilities.

Compromised Healing

Regardless of the cause of the accident, the fact is that if an accident happens to someone who hasn’t been taking care of their spine and nervous system, no matter how fit they might be otherwise, their ability to heal is likely compromised.

Master Control System

Your nervous system is the master control system of your body and healing energy flows over this network. With over 45 miles of nerves delivering over 3 million messages per second between your brain and every one of your cells, this pathway between your brain and body must be healthy for you to function properly. If you have been injured or sick, it is crucial that this pathway be clear for you to heal.

Chiropractic Care

Certainly, you can receive chiropractic care following an accident. But doesn’t it make even more sense to take care of yourself before something happens? Shouldn’t you enjoy optimized health every day of your life and not wait for that accident to happen?

In order to achieve healthy longevity, you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle every day of your life. Support your body’s innate ability to heal and be prepared for whatever might happen. Feel good knowing that you are taking care of your spine and nervous system and regardless of what might come your way in life, you’ll be healthier going in and healthier coming out.

There’s a 100 Year Lifestyle Provider near you ready to help you navigate your healthy longevity – regardless of what life throws your way!
