Chilled Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie

Everyone knows that a Chilled Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie is the most delicious way to eat your fruits and veggies. Here’s the thing – not all nutritious smoothies are green! This protein packed (thanks to the Greek yogurt) smoothie is super sweet and the color of the sun. It’s got apricots, pineapple, and mango – all swirling around in delicious coconut water. Your kids will think it’s a great treat – and you will think it’s the pick-me-up you’ve been searching for. Give green a break – and try orange for a change!

Remember, buy organic whenever possible to keep the food you and your family eat as healthy and nutritious as possible. Making healthy choices is an important part of living your 100 Year Lifestyle. And no one said that heathy choices can’t taste great. In fact, they should!
